Four Thursdays, one evolving signal

This August, Paul Lizzi will be at Le Fou Fou inside Royalmount every Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. The four dates are August 6, 13, 20 and 27. Rather than treating each appearance as an isolated night, the residency creates a sequence: four chances to enter the room, read its energy and let the live identity evolve in public.

That rhythm matters to Z11VFY. The project has always moved through sound, image, instinct and location. A weekly return adds another dimension—continuity. The room may be the same, but the crowd, temperature and choices inside the performance will never repeat exactly.

Location note / Royalmount

Le Fou Fou sits on Level 2 of Royalmount at 5050 chemin de la Côte-de-Liesse in Mont-Royal, Québec. Royalmount describes it as a contemporary showcase for Montréal’s food culture, bringing together twelve culinary concepts and three bars in one destination.

The official directory currently lists names including Ciccio’s, Hogar Taqueria, Il Miglio, Kishu Sushi, Le Taj, Mafi, Mersea, Prime Bar à Boeuf, Spirulina, Tiramisu and Tori Ramen. That variety makes the setting less like a conventional stage room and more like a moving Montréal crossroads—people arriving for different reasons and sharing the same atmosphere.

Inside the announcement

The first-party Instagram Story from Paul Lizzi announces the essential details: Le Fou Fou at Royalmount, every Thursday in August, from 6 to 9 p.m. Because Instagram Stories are temporary and can require a signed-in account, the dates and venue information are preserved here as the durable event record.

The Story remains linked as the original announcement. The embedded tape on this page is WEN LAMBO, the first single connected to the current Z11VFY album, used as musical context rather than presented as footage from Le Fou Fou.

Why a food hall fits Z11VFY

Le Fou Fou is designed around collision: multiple kitchens, bars, tables and reasons to stay. That makes it a natural space for an artist whose history refuses a single category. Paul Lizzi came through drums, vocals, songwriting, touring, visual direction and five album chapters before the current name fully arrived.

Live music in this kind of room has a different job from a ticketed concert. It has to catch someone who did not necessarily arrive expecting a performance, create a moment without demanding permission and leave enough mystery for the listener to want the next signal.

Listen / watch next

Start with the Instagram announcement, then move to WEN LAMBO for the current Z11VFY sound. From there, the archive opens backward through Oscura, First$$$, Vici and MultiVerse—five albums documenting the transformation from Paul Lizzi into the artist now entering Royalmount every Thursday.

The August run is simple: four Thursdays, three hours each night, one evolving artist. The invitation is not to watch the same set four times. It is to see what changes when the signal returns.
